Delivery and Returns



The shipping costs are for free above orders from €100! In the whole EU.

Otherwise shipping costs will be €4,95 for large packages and € 2,50 for small packages like pocket stones.


We will send your package within 2-4 working days. We will send your order with Post NL, DHL or DPD. You will receive a Track and Trace code in your inbox (if your order is send as a parcel) so you can see where your order is at any time. If you prefer another delivery company you can select this in the last step of your order.


We love the planet: the boxes we use for sending our packages are made under the FSC® label. Next to that, the air cushions and other filling material we use to fill up the boxes are re-used from other packages we receive.



Returning your product is easy. If you're not happy with your purchase you have 14 days to send us the purchased order back.


Follow these steps:

1. Send an email to to let us know your return is coming our way.

2. Put the items back in their original packaging (including cotton La Luna bag when received).

(Unfortunately gift bags S, M and L are not refundable, so it's possible to keep these if you like!)

Make sure you secure the packaging with tape.

4. Drop the parcel at a post office and send us the T&T code.


Please note: we are not responsible for the (shipping costs of your) return. Normally the costs are € 9,95 and will be kept while refunding.


You can always choose to arrange shipment yourself at the postal office, this could be a cheaper option.


We will give you a refund within 14 days the item(s) have been received by us.


When your item is delivered faulty or damaged please notify us within 48 hours from date of receipt. You can send us an email to or send us a WhatsApp through +31651892739. We will inform you within 5 workdays about the options.


Please note that light bulbs are send with the order for free as a service. We are not responsible for any broken light bulbs.
